Naomi Pitts is a Certified Life Coach with Randford Brooks & Partners Life Coaching, bringing over 25 years of leadership, management, and people-development experience to the RBLC team. Her professional journey includes impactful roles in major retail organizations such as Williams & Sonoma Inc. (West Elm & Pottery Barn), Pier 1 Imports, and Eddie Bauer, where she served as Assistant Manager, Visual Lead, and eventually Store Manager.

Throughout her decades in management, Naomi has become known for her ability to inspire, strengthen, and draw out leadership potential in others. Her work has shaped teams, improved communication, increased productivity, and helped individuals grow both professionally and personally. She excels in staff development, organizational leadership, customer relations, problem-solving, and creating healthy team culture.

Naomi’s background has equipped her with a powerful blend of compassion and structure—qualities essential for effective coaching. She is recognized for being empathetic, observant, disciplined, supportive, confident, and solutions-oriented. Her ability to remain balanced, patient, and motivated while guiding others through challenges makes her a natural fit for life coaching. Her certification as a Life Coach at RBLC has allowed her to merge her professional expertise with her passion for empowering individuals in the community. Naomi is deeply committed to helping clients build confidence, establish purpose, overcome barriers, and activate the greatness already within them.

A lifelong learner, Naomi completed her diploma through Waterbury Adult Education and continues to evolve personally and professionally. She is excited to use her experience and training to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those she coaches.
