COACH MARIAH SERRANO
Other Language: Spanish
Mariah Serrano is a certified health coach with years of experience guiding teens and young adults through anxiety, depression, behavioral struggles, and the challenges of growing up. She has served in day treatment programs, public schools, and residential programs for young women, becoming a trusted partner to families seeking both compassion and accountability.
Once a troubled teen herself, Mariah brings a unique perspective shaped by her own journey of healing, education, and motherhood. This life experience fuels her deep belief that every young person can rise above their struggles when given the right tools and support.
Her work has included mentoring students of all ages, coordinating residential care for young women facing eating disorders, suicidal thoughts, and addiction, and supporting students as they balance education with personal growth. Parents often turn to Mariah when communication with their teen feels impossible, trusting her to create a safe space where young people can open up, build resilience, and set healthier goals.
Proud of her Dominican heritage and fluent in Spanish, Mariah connects naturally with diverse families. Beyond her professional work, she draws inspiration from her love of sports, Theatre Arts, and her most cherished role as a wife and mother.
Guided by the belief that every teen can heal, grow, and thrive, Mariah Serrano stands ready to help families bridge the gap, restore hope, and open the door to brighter tomorrows.
